Add customization options to internal email sent to non-profit/organization

I am looking into the potential for customizing the email notifications our organization is sent when donations are made via BBOLX. Our organization requires that all donation information be on one piece of backup to load into the system, so when we use NetCommunity and other platforms, we are able to get all the fields we need on one email to save as a PDF. BBOLX seems to be missing the option to customize the email notifications at all - unless I'm missing something? The fields we're missing are below - yet the donors complete this information on the donation form:

  • Mailing Address

  • Phone Number

  • Cardholder name (in addition to the donor name, as often they are different).

  • Donor's title (Mr., Mrs., etc.)

Also, is there an option to change the subject of the email notifications themselves?

Finally, can we change the language donors (and us as the organization) get on their receipt when they choose the Anonymous checkbox?

I was also reviewing this recently just to find out there isn't a way to add those fields. There seems to be a disconnect in the programming. By default, OLX provides the following:

    Supporter:
    Email address:
    Gift Date:
    Amount:
    Payment:
Comments: this shows whether or not you have this field available on the form.

The other fields that you mentioned above is unfortunately not included as default. Phone for example, even if I have this field as 'required' it does not show in the notification and there is no way to show it.

When downloading the transactions, same thing, the phone number is not available. The information can be found when matching the constituent in your database. I was talking to support about this and mentioned that it should be included. I can't seem to understanding the logic why it 'cannot' be included. It seems to me the output of their hard codes should be modified. Am I missing something here?
