For Gift Aid eligibility to be visible in the BBMS account area
Currently you can only see if a donation has been made alongside a gift aid declaration once the gift is applied to the donor's record (a new electronic declaration is recorded). This is not ideal since we need to know the total value of the donation (inc gift aid if applicable) often before the administrative step of adding gifts to donors' records is taken.
