Ability to generate automatic email notification to family for tribute gifts in memory of loved one
Our prior online donation system gave us the ability to generate an automatic email to notify family members of tributes made in memory of their loved one. Are we able to do that with OLX? It seems a given. We were able to give donors the choice of having a letter mailed or emailing notice a donation had been made.

Agreed- this would be so helpful. It was actually in an OLX early adoption article that it was available, but that information was incorrect.
